Earlier roles included management consulting at Bain & Company, advising on high-stakes restructurings for manufacturing and energy clients, and investment banking at J.P. Morgan, specializing in M&A transactions in the industrials sector. Since arriving at CMC, Ghelani has been instrumental in key achievements, including strategic acquisitions that bolstered the company's recycling capabilities and expanded its geographic footprint, contributing to record revenue growth and enhanced EBITDA margins.
