Andrew Campelli was appointed Director of the Company in February 2026. Mr. Campelli is a partner at CD&R, a position he has held since July 2021. Since joining CD&R in 2015, Mr. Campelli has played a key role in building out the firm's industrials investment practice and serves as a member of CD&R's Inclusion Committee.
