Nate Sleeper was appointed Director of the Company in February 2026. Mr. Sleeper is the Chief Executive Officer of CD&R, a leading private investment rm, a position he has held since January 2020. He also chairs the firm s Executive Committee and is a member of its Investment and Compliance Committees. Mr. Sleeper leads the rm s industrials investment vertical and is responsible for the firm s operations. Since joining CD&R in 2000, Mr. Sleeper has been involved in a significant number of the firm s investments and currently serves on the Board of Directors of many of its industrial portfolio companies. Prior to CD&R, Mr. Sleeper worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs and at Tiger Management, an investment firm. Mr. Sleeper has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College. He is a member of the Business Council, serves on the Williams College Board of Trustees and is Chair of the Investment Committee for the college s endowment.
