Ms. Fuentes is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., a role she s held since 2020, and is head of Hilton Supply Management. Prior to that, she served as Chief Talent and Diversity Officer and in several other executive roles at Hilton since joining the company in 2013. For six years, Ms. Fuentes served in various corporate strategy and Human Resources roles at Capital One Financial Corporation.
