Our current Lead Independent Director, Ann Hackett, will not stand for reelection and will retire from the Board on May 8, 2026. As Lead Independent Director, Ms. Hackett has a strong record of active engagement both inside and outside the boardroom, including regular meetings with federal regulators and Company executives in one-on-one and group settings.
