Mr. Harwin has served as a member of our Board since July 2020. Mr. Harwin is a Founding Partner at Fairmount, a healthcare investment firm he co-founded in April 2016. Prior to Fairmount, Mr. Harwin served as a member of the investment team at Boxer Capital, LLC, part of the Tavistock Group, based in San Diego. Mr. Harwin serves as chairman of the board of directors of Crescent Biopharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBIO) and on the board of directors of Apogee Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: APGE), Spyre Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: SYRE), Oruka Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ORKA), Damora Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: DMRA) and Paragon Therapeutics, Inc.
