Mr. Skaggs brings over 25 years of executive leadership in the high-technology and semiconductor industries, including CEO and CFO roles at public companies in the space. His board experience and expertise in corporate strategy, M&A, and financial management make him a highly valuable contributor to the Board. Mr. Skaggs joined the Board in conjunction with the acquisition of Coherent, Inc. in 2022. Previously, Mr. Skaggs served as a member of the board of directors of Coherent, Inc. beginning in 2013.
