Mr. Caggia is the retired Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SMSC, where he worked from 2000 until his retirement in 2006. Mr. Caggia also served as a director of SMSC from 2001 until its purchase by Microchip Technology Incorporated in 2012.
