Mr. Durcan has served on the Board since September 2015. Mr. Durcan served as the Board s Lead Independent Director from March 2023 through September 2025, before assuming the role of Chair on October 1, 2025. From 1984 until his retirement in May 2017, Mr. Durcan held various leadership positions with Micron Technology, Inc., including Chief Executive Officer and director from February 2012 until May 2017, President and Chief Operating Officer from June 2007 to February 2012, Chief Operating Officer from February 2006 to June 2007, and Chief Technology Officer from June 1997 to February 2006.
