Gordon von Bretten joined the Board in April 2024 and currently is a Senior Partner of JAB. From June 2020 to March 31, 2024, Mr. von Bretten served as Chief Transformation Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, from 2015 to 2020 , he served as an operating partner at KKR Capstone, a team of operating professionals at KKR, focusing on corporate carve-outs and procurement and supply chain value creation across the KKR private equity portfolio. He also previously served in a variety of leadership roles in industry and management consulting, including with Klockner Pentaplast, Alix Partners, and A.T. Kearney, specializing in restructuring and performance improvement. Mr. von Bretten has served as a director of Krispy Kreme, Inc. since June 2025.
