Howard M. Averill served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Time Warner Inc., a global media and entertainment company, from January 2014 until June 2018. Mr. Averill previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Time Inc. from 2007 through the end of 2013. Prior to joining Time Inc., Mr. Averill spent 10 years at NBC Universal in a variety of financial roles. Earlier in his career, Mr. Averill worked in strategic planning for PepsiCo, Inc.
