Neil Mehta has served as a member of the Board since December 2010. Mr. Mehta founded Greenoaks Capital Partners LLC ( Greenoaks ), an investment firm, in 2012 and has served as a Managing Partner since founding the firm. Prior to Greenoaks, Mr. Mehta was a Senior Investment Professional for special situations investments in India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia for Orient Property Group Ltd., a Hong Kong-based investment firm financed by a fund managed by D.E. Shaw & Co., L.P., from October 2007 to November 2009. Mr. Mehta also previously worked for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, an alternative investment firm, where he invested in private companies in the general business and technology sector.
