Mr. Campo has been Executive Chairman of the Board since March 2026 and served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Camden from 1993 to March 2026. He co-founded Camden s predecessor companies in 1982, and prior to this time worked in the finance department of Century Development Corporation. Mr. Campo holds a Bachelor s Degree in Accounting from Oregon State University. Mr. Campo was nominated to serve on our Board because of his extensive financial and commercial real estate experience, and his knowledge of Camden as a co-founder and longtime Trust Manager. He has proven leadership ability and strong skills in corporate finance, capital markets, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and other public company matters. In addition, his experience in serving as a director of private and not-for-profit companies has provided him with expertise in corporate governance.
