Richard Booth has served as a director since March 2020. Since March 2021 he has served as chief financial officer of Definitive Healthcare Corp. (Nasdaq: DH), a data analytics company. From April 2015 to March 2021, Mr. Booth served as chief financial officer of Bottomline Technologies, Inc., a financial technology company. From January 2014 to March 2015, Mr. Booth served as vice president of finance and corporate controller at Sapient Corporation. Previously, he held a number of senior finance positions of increasing responsibility at Nuance Communications (Nasdaq: NUAN), a publicly traded software and services firm. Prior to his tenure at Nuance, Mr. Booth held a variety of executive roles at EMC Corporation, Mercer Management Consulting, and Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Booth also serves on the board of directors of 33 Foundation, a private community enrichment organization. Mr. Booth is a licensed CPA, and holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University, an M.S. in Taxation from Bentley University, an M.S. in Organizational Development from American University, and a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
