Michele Burns has served as a member of our Board since December 2013. From October 2011 to February 2014, Ms. Burns served as the Chief Executive Officer of Retirement Policy Center. Ms. Burns previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mercer, a subsidiary of Marsh, the Chief Financial Officer of Marsh, the Chief Financial Officer of Mirant, the Chief Financial Officer of Delta Airlines, and a Partner at Arthur Andersen.
