Former Chief Executive Officer of Rio Tinto Lithium (previously Arcadium Lithium until it was acquired by Rio Tinto in March 2025). Previously, Mr. Graves served as Chief Executive Officer of Livent Corporation and was an integral part of the merger with Allkem Limited that created Arcadium Lithium.
