Across her roles, she oversaw capital allocation strategy and balance sheet management, and she led multiple convertible debt offerings and share repurchase programs. During her tenure, Etsy s consolidated gross merchandise sales increased fourfold and revenue increased sixfold, while the company generated more than $3 billion in net cash from operating activities.
