His extensive experience in contract drilling services for oil and gas exploration and production companies, including his previous service at Helmerich & Payne, Inc. as the Chief Executive Officer and President, helps provide the Board with key insight into the Company s operations, and his more than 25 years of executive experience provides a strong background for his service on the Compensation Committee.
