Mark Pacioni serves as Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, and Corporate Secretary at CTS Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of sensor-based products and components. As Administrative Officer, he leads key support functions such as human resources, information technology, and facilities, while also acting as Corporate Secretary, facilitating Board of Directors meetings, shareholder communications, and SEC reporting. Pacioni joined CTS in 2018, bringing extensive experience in guiding global manufacturing companies through complex legal and operational challenges. Prior to CTS, Pacioni held senior legal positions at prominent automotive and industrial firms. From 2013 to 2018, he was Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at BorgWarner Inc., where he managed a global legal team supporting the company's expansion and key acquisitions. Before that, he served as General Counsel for Faurecia Interior Systems (2008–2013), handling international legal matters, and as a corporate associate at Barnes & Thornburg LLP (2003–2008), specializing in mergers, securities, and commercial transactions. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame (BA) and Indiana University Maurer School of Law (JD), Pacioni is admitted to the bar in Indiana and Michigan.
