Mr. McCollom joined Customers Bank as Chief Financial Officer in June 2025 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Customers Bancorp, Inc. on August 15, 2025. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. McCollom oversees the Company's accounting, tax, treasury, corporate development and financial planning and analysis departments. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and serves on several other management committees. Prior to joining Customers Bank, Mr. McCollom served as Chief Financial Officer of Fulton Financial Corporation, a $30 billion financial holding company headquartered in Lancaster, PA, and parent company of Fulton Bank, from 2017 through 2024.
