Timothy Stephens was appointed as a director of CVB Financial Corp. and Citizens Business Bank effective on November 1, 2025. Mr. Stephens is a seasoned financial executive, with more than 33 years of experience in business and information technology. He retired from EY in 2024 after a distinguished 27-year career with the global professional services firm. At EY, he served as a global client service partner, leading high-performing teams and delivering strategic solutions working in the banking and capital markets, insurance and asset management sectors. Prior to joining EY in 1997, Mr. Stephens was an information systems auditor and application software developer of actuarial systems for Great-West Life. Mr. Stephens holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (Retired). He has been an active member of the American Heart Association and an executive leadership team member of the annual Bay Area Heart Walk. Qualifications Mr. Stephens qualifications to sit on our Board include his extensive regulatory experience in financial services, including working closely with both federal and state regulators, and his expertise in the areas of information technology, cyber security, internal control over financial reporting, internal audit, enterprise risk management, and compliance.
