Age: 83 Director since: 2002 Mr. Suskind was a General Partner of Goldman Sachs & Co. He has been a director of the Company since 2002. He is also the lead director of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) since 2008 and serves as a member of its Audit, Nominating and Governance, and Executive Committees and is Chairperson of its Risk Committee. Mr. Suskind is a past Vice Chairman of the NY Mercantile Exchange and the New York Commodity Exchanges. He was also a Board Member of Navistar, Inc. until its sale in 2021. Mr. Suskind is also the President of the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley, Utah and the Hampton Classic Horse Show in Bridgehampton, New York as well as an Honorary Board Member of the Marymount School in New York City.
