Ms. Shanahan has over 27 years of senior-level experience in retail, consumer products and hospitality, ranging from global, multi-channel, multi-brand enterprises to small and mid-cap growth companies. In June 2023, she joined the board of directors and is the chair of the people, culture and compensation committee and a member of the nominating, governance and sustainability committee of CAVA Group Inc. (NYSE: CAVA), a national, Mediterranean fast casual restaurant chain and consumer products brand. From 2016 to 2025, she served on the board of directors of Treasury Wine Estates Limited, a vertically integrated global wine business with over 70 brands.
