Chief Executive Officer Common Spirit Health Age: 62 Director since: 2020 In August 2022, Mr. Lassiter became Chief Executive Officer of CommonSpirit Health, one of the country s largest and most diverse health care organizations, with more than 2,300 care sites across 24 states. Prior to joining CommonSpirit Health, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan from December 2014 to 2022. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Alameda Health System in Oakland, California from 2005 to 2014. Mr. Lassiter currently serves on the board of Fortive Corporation and is the Chair of the American Hospital Association. Previously he served on the boards of DT Midstream, Inc. from 2021 to 2023 and Henry Ford Health System and as Vice Chair for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
