With over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Jin joined Diodes in 2006 after holding senior leadership positions at Fairchild Semiconductor, where he directed manufacturing operations, quality engineering, and supply chain optimization. His earlier career included key roles at Motorola Semiconductor and other industry pioneers, where he developed expertise in process engineering, yield enhancement, and lean manufacturing methodologies. Jin holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
