Rasool Rayani joined the Board in June 2024. Since 2011, Mr. Rayani has served as President of Heart Pharmacy Group, a family-owned and operated retail pharmacy group in Victoria, British Columbia. He has also served, since 2013, as a member of the Investment Committee of iNovia Capital, a venture capital firm. Qualifications and Skills: Mr. Rayani has 23 years of experience leading software, healthcare and retail enterprises.
