She is currently a director and member of the Audit Committee of Apollo Infrastructure Company LLC, which owns, operates and provides capital for infrastructure assets. She is also currently a director and member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Risk oversight Committee of Talen Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: TLN), an independent power producer and infrastructure company. Ms. Benson- Schwartzstein serves on the Audit Committee of the board of directors of Apollo Infrastructure and on the Nominating and Corporate Governance and Risk Oversight Committees of the board of directors of Talen. Ms. Benson- Schwartzstein was previously a director of Just Energy (U.S) Corp. until the company was sold in July 2025. She previously served as a member of the Senior Advisory Board of Orion Infrastructure Capital, an infrastructure investment firm, until 2023 after serving as a Managing Director and Investment Principal from 2021 to 2022. Ms. Benson-Schwartzstein received an A.B. in Earth and Planetary Sciences, magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 2004.
