from January 2017 to December 2017, Ms. Cook served as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Clinical Operations for Roche Pharmaceuticals; from September 2013 to December 2016, Ms. Cook served as Head of Region Europe Pharma for Roche Pharmaceuticals; and from July 2010 to September 2013, Ms. Cook served as the Senior Vice President, Business Unit Head Immunology and Ophthalmology for Genentech. Ms. Cook currently also serves on the boards of directors of BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. and Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Cook holds a B.A. in human biology and an M.S. in biology from Stanford University, as well as an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley. We believe Ms. Cook s extensive experience as a senior management executive of healthcare and biotechnology companies, including as the senior vice president of one of the world s largest healthcare companies, qualifies her to serve on our board of directors.
