Ms. Bryson served as our Chief Financial Officer from February 2021 to April 2026. Beginning in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, while Ms. Bryson was on medical leave, Mr. Sitaram served as our interim principal financial officer and interim principal accounting officer.
