Ryan Wright has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2025. Mr. Wright has been the chief executive officer of le P RE, a menswear clothing brand, since 2020. Prior to le P RE, Mr. Wright served as the chief marketing officer and part of the founding team at Kobalt Music Group, Ltd., an independent rights management and music publishing company, from November 2013 to March 2021. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wright was Managing Director at Jive Records before serving as vice president of global marketing at BMG and later as senior vice president of global marketing at Sony Music International. Mr. Wright holds a B.A. in international relations from Brigham Young University. We believe Mr. Wright's experience as a chief executive officer and company founder, as well as his expertise in marketing, qualify him to serve on our board of directors.
