Bonnie Ross has served as a member of our Board of Directors since December 2024. Ms. Ross has over 30 years of experience in the gaming industry. From August 2014 to September 2022, Ms. Ross served as Corporate Vice President at Microsoft Corporation and Head of the Halo franchise. In 2019, Ms. Ross was inducted into the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences Hall of Fame for her contributions to gaming and her advocacy for diversity and STEM education. She co-founded the Women in Gaming community and is actively involved in promoting further inclusion in technology. Ms. Ross serves on the Dean s Leadership Council for the College of Natural Sciences at Colorado State University. Ms. Ross holds a B.A. in Technical and Scientific Communication from Colorado State University. We believe Ms. Ross is qualified to serve as a member of our Board of Directors due to her extensive experience in creative leadership roles at a public company, together with her experience in sales, marketing, business development, strategic planning, risk management, including her strategic planning experience at another consumer-facing technology company.
