Phyllis R. Yale , 67, has been an Advisory Partner with Bain & Company, Inc. ( Bain ), a global management consulting firm, since July 2010. Ms. Yale was a Partner with Bain from 1987 to July 2010, and a leader in building Bain s healthcare practice. In her role at Bain, Ms. Yale works with healthcare payors, providers, and medical device companies, and frequently advises the world s leading private equity firms on their investments in the healthcare sector. She has served as a member of the board of directors of several public and private companies in the healthcare sector, and since November 2019 has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Bristol Myers Squibb Company, a global biopharmaceutical company.
