Mrs. Hoffman has served as a Director of DXP since November 2021. Mrs. Hoffman was the Global Tax Director for Transocean Ltd., a position she held from 2020 to 2025. Prior to Transocean Ltd, she spent eighteen years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP with experience in tax accounting and the energy industry. Mrs. Hoffman started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mrs. Hoffman graduated with a B.A. from The University of Texas in Business Administration and a Masters in Professional Accounting from the graduate division. Mrs. Hoffman is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mrs. Hoffman is the Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee.
