Ms. Hartz co-founded our Company and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a member of our Board since April 2016 and as Chair of our Board since June 2024. From 2006 to April 2016, Ms. Hartz served as our President. Before founding Eventbrite, Ms. Hartz held several development executive roles at MTV Networks and Fox Networks Group.
