She spearheaded the company's response to major challenges, including the Thomas Fire and subsequent infrastructure enhancements, while advancing initiatives like the Undergrounding Program and battery storage deployments to enhance reliability and resilience. Her leadership has been instrumental in SCE's commitment to net-zero emissions by 2045, earning her recognition from industry groups such as the Edison Electric Institute for innovation in utility operations. Anderson is a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the energy industry, mentoring emerging leaders and fostering collaborative teams. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in electrical engineering, she continues to drive SCE's transformation toward a sustainable, customer-centric future amid California's evolving energy landscape.
