Jason R. Nalbandian serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer of EMCOR Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 company and leader in specialty mechanical and electrical construction services. He assumed his current responsibilities on January 1, 2021, overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations, and risk management. Nalbandian plays a pivotal role in driving EMCOR's strategic financial initiatives, supporting its growth through acquisitions, operational efficiencies, and shareholder value enhancement. Prior to his elevated role, Nalbandian joined EMCOR in 2005 as Director of Technical Accounting and progressed through several key finance positions, including Vice President of Financial Reporting and, in 2016, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Before EMCOR, he spent seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he advanced to manager in the assurance and business advisory services practice, gaining deep expertise in public company financial reporting and SEC compliance. A Certified Public Accountant, Nalbandian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University.
