Mr. Habiger has been a Director of EnerSys since 2024. He has served as Vice Chairman of J.D. Power since May 2025, and formerly as Chief Executive Officer and President, an automotive SAAS and global consumer data / analytics company, from March 2018 to May 2025. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer at the software companies Textura Corporation, NDS Group, Ltd., and Sonic Solutions between 2005 and 2016. From October 2012 to January 2020, Mr. Habiger served as a Senior Advisor at Silver Lake Partners, a private equity firm, and from January 2013 to October 2019, he was a Venture Partner at Pritzker Group, a venture capital firm.
