Karah Parschauer has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2019. Mrs. Parschauer has held various roles at Ultragenyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, including as Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Affairs, Executive Vice President since February 2023, as Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President since December 2021 and as General Counsel and Executive Vice President since June 2016. Prior to Ultragenyx, Mrs. Parschauer served in various executive capacities, and most recently as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, at Allergan, a pharmaceutical company, from June 2005 until June 2016.
