Mr. Malik has served as a member and the Chairman of our board of directors since January 2018. Mr. Malik currently also serves as Chairman of the board of directors of Alphaeon Credit Inc., a consumer credit provider to the aesthetics industry and as a member of the board of directors of Crown Sterling Limited, LLC, a social media technology company and Ceyeber Inc., an ophthalmic medical device company. From December 2020 to July 2023, Mr. Malik served as President and a director of Priveterra Acquisition Corp. a blank-check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
