Mr. Dimitrief has served as a member of our Board since 2020. He is currently Global Chief of Ronald McDonald House, a partner at Zeughauser Group and an Advisory Partner at Earlylands Advisory. He previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Sotera Health Co. (NASDAQ: SHC) from November 2022 March 2026, President and Chief Executive Officer of General Electric s (GE) Global Growth Organization from 2015 to 2018 and as GE s General Counsel from 2015 2018. Mr. Dimitrief joined GE in 2007 after spending 20 years as a litigator at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
