Mr. Urban has served as a member of our Board since 2024. Mr. Urban currently serves as Managing Director at BGR Group, a bipartisan lobbying and public relations firm, and as Of Counsel at Torridon Law PLLC. He is also a Senior Political Commentator on CNN. From 2020 to 2022, Mr. Urban served as Executive Vice President of North American Corporate Affairs for ByteDance Ltd., the parent company of TikTok. Prior to that, Mr. Urban served as President of the American Continental Group, a leading bi-partisan government affairs and strategic consulting firm. He also served as an artillery officer in the U.S. Army s 101st Airborne Division. Mr. Urban earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Juris Doctor from the Temple University School of Law. He currently serves on the board directors of Virtu Financial Inc. (NYSE: VIRT), SAIC (NASDAQ: SAIC), SubCom Inc., the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund, Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the US Senate, and the International Republican Institute as well as on the advisory boards for Coinbase Global, Inc., Voyager Space, and REGENT Craft Inc.
