Prior to EOS, he was President of Controls & Avionics Solutions at BAE Systems, Inc., where he drove operational excellence and innovation across global platforms. His career also includes senior leadership positions at United Technologies Corporation (now RTX), General Electric, and Lockheed Martin, where he spearheaded multimillion-dollar programs in propulsion, power systems, and advanced manufacturing, consistently delivering revenue growth and technological advancements. At EOS, Mastrangelo's strategic vision has positioned the company as a frontrunner in the clean energy transition, emphasizing American-made solutions to meet rising demand for long-duration storage. His achievements include raising over $500 million in capital, achieving key technical milestones like high-volume cell production, and advancing toward a U.S. Department of Energy loan guarantee.
