J.E.B. Bolen serves as Executive Vice President of Operations at EQT Corporation, the largest natural gas producer in the United States, where he leads the company's upstream operations across its extensive Appalachian Basin asset base. In this role, Bolen oversees drilling, completions, production, and field operations, driving EQT's commitment to operational excellence, safety, and environmental stewardship. His strategic oversight ensures the efficient execution of EQT's drilling program, which spans thousands of wells annually, while optimizing capital allocation and advancing technological innovations to lower costs and emissions. Bolen brings over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having joined EQT in 2019 as Vice President of Marcellus Operations before rapid promotions to Senior Vice President and his current position. Prior to EQT, he spent more than two decades at Chevron, holding progressive leadership roles in unconventional resource development, including Director of Unconventional Resource Development in the Permian Basin and various operational positions in the Eagle Ford Shale.
