With over 25 years of experience in corporate law, Curtis joined ESAB following its 2021 spin-off from Colfax Corporation, where he previously served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (J.D.) and the University of Virginia (B.A.), Curtis began his career as an associate at a top-tier international law firm, specializing in cross-border transactions.
