Earlier roles included senior positions at Cubist Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Merck), Genzyme Corporation (acquired by Sanofi), and Sepracor (acquired by Sunovion), where he spearheaded commercial efforts for antibiotics, rare disease therapies, and CNS products, consistently delivering multi-hundred-million-dollar annual revenues and market leadership. In his current role at Esperion, Harlow oversees the global commercial organization, including sales, marketing, market access, and medical affairs. He has been instrumental in the U.S. launches of NEXLETOL® (bempedoic acid) and NEXLIZET® (bempedoic acid and ezetimibe), the company's first-in-class, oral, once-daily, non-statin LDL-C lowering therapies. Under his leadership, Esperion has expanded patient access, built a robust commercial infrastructure, and positioned the company for sustained growth in the cardiovascular disease market.
