McCoig's notable achievements include driving operational efficiencies that reduced production costs by more than 20% at multiple sites and pioneering innovative ISR techniques that improved uranium recovery rates. His expertise in regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship has been pivotal in navigating complex permitting processes for uranium projects. Prior to Encore, he held positions as Vice President of Operations at Energy Fuels Inc., contributing to the restart of ISR operations in Arizona.
