Her experience in leadership roles in multiple markets, across cultures and within different healthcare systems where she has successfully launched products, transformed businesses, and delivered sustainable growth is particularly valuable for our global business. In addition, throughout her career, she has developed experience in other areas, including finance and mergers and acquisitions, innovation and technology, risk management and oversight, artificial intelligence and data, corporate responsibility, sustainability and human capital resources, all of which allow her to provide valuable contributions to our Board and the Audit Committee.
