General Brooks has served as a principal of WestExec Advisors LLC since 2020. General Brooks also served on the board of Jacobs Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: J) from 2020 until the closing of Amentum Holdings, Inc.'s merger with Jacobs Critical Mission Solutions and Cyber Intelligence businesses in 2024 and now sits on the board, and serves on the audit committee and nominating and governance committee, of Amentum Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AMTM). General Brooks also previously served as a director and member of the talent management and compensation committee and the risk committee of Verisk Analytics (Nasdaq: VRSK) until he retired from the board in May 2025. General Brooks serves as Vice Chair of the Gary Sinise Foundation, is a visiting Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, is a Distinguished Fellow at the University of Texas with both the Clements Center for National Security and the Strauss Center for International Security and Law.
