Mr. Gorney, age 75, is a retired Executive Vice President of National City Corporation. Mr. Gorney joined our Board in 2013 and serves as Chair of our Board and as Chair of our Risk Committee and is a director of First Commonwealth Bank. Mr. Gorney brings to the Board extensive experience in banking, information technology and cybersecurity. He has demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, risk management and corporate governance. The Governance Committee determined that it was appropriate to renominate Mr. Gorney for election due to the recent number of director retirements, his unique and valuable expertise in information technology and cybersecurity and his leadership as Board Chair.
