Ms. Zelenka is the former Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer of Stericycle, Inc., a medical waste disposal company, which she joined in 2019 and retired from in 2024 following its acquisition. From 2003 to 2019, Ms. Zelenka was employed by Essendant Inc., where she held various positions, including Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer from April 2017 to March 2019, overseeing all finance, technology and business integration functions, and Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, Ms. Zelenka worked at SBC Ameritech (now AT&T), serving in a range of IT, financial and operational roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Ameritech from 1997 to 1999. Key Skills and Qualifications Ms. Zelenka brings to our Board her experience as a chief financial officer and chief information officer and knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, information technology, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
